June Family Reunification Month
June Family Reunification Month recognizes the importance of keeping families together whenever it is safe and possible. It highlights the efforts of families, social workers, courts, and community organizations to reunite children in foster care with their parents or relatives. The month promotes family strengthening, support services, and the belief that children generally thrive best when connected to their families and communities.
