What is the Holiday Cottage Program?

Since 1987, the Holiday Cottage has opened it’s doors and hearts to fill wishes for children in foster care around Kern County during the holiday season. The outreach & marketing team here at DHS, works with resource parents, social workers, probation and other partners to fill over 800 wishes for the children in foster care in Kern County.
